Multitech BACnet/LoRa Generator

Open the tool

Generate the bacnet-map.json file for your Multitech Conduit gateway in seconds. From a simple Excel listing of your LoRaWAN sensors (ID + Device EUI), the tool automatically creates the corresponding BACnet objects for BMS integration.

How to use the tool

1

Prepare the Excel file

Prepare an .xls or .xlsx file with at least two columns: the numeric sensor ID and its Device EUI (LoRaWAN serial number).

2

Import and configure

Drop the file into the import area. If your columns are not columns 1 and 2, adjust the mapping and the first data row in the "Expected columns" section.

3

Generate

Click "Generate bacnet-map.json". The file is downloaded directly, ready to be imported on the gateway.

4

Import on the gateway

Copy bacnet-map.json to the Multitech Conduit configuration directory (/etc/conduit/ or via the admin interface) and restart the BACnet service.

Input file format and generated JSON

Input Excel file (.xls, .xlsx)

Two mandatory columns: sensor ID (integer) and Device EUI (16 hex characters, with or without separators). Empty or incomplete rows stop the reading.

6 BACnet objects generated per sensor

TempHumCTRSSISNRVDD

OID = property order × 1000 + sensor ID (e.g. Temp sensor 5 → 1005)
